ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Business Development Specialist at Shockbyte, you will focus on enhancing partner management, developing effective and successful strategies. Your role will involve strengthening customer relations to a remarkable level. Additionally, you will play a key part in B2B partnerships, using your experience to create mutually beneficial relationships. Furthermore, you will apply exceptional leadership and managerial capabilities to nurture a highly productive team environment, driving performance with our fantastic cohort of staff.
WHAT YOU'D DO
- Enhance partner management and its effectiveness.
- Lead a team of exceptional staff, ensuring accountability.
- Be a key stakeholder in leading B2B Partnerships.
- Amplify, build and strengthen relationships with our customers.
REQUIRED CRITERIA
- Marketing Degree or significant practical experience in the field.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools.
- Strategy and critical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in team management.
